A2IM and IMPALA (Europe) are launching a one-year pilot project supported by MERLIN, on using IMPALA’s Carbon Calculator in the USA. The project is open to all A2IM member labels. This panel is the launch and also features Julie’s Bicycle who developed IMPALA’s calculator and who will be guiding members on how to use the tool, as well as giving advice “beyond carbon”. This is the first step towards rolling out the tool in the world’s biggest music market, so the independent sector can measure and reduce carbon footprints in as coordinated a way as possible.
